Design Consultation
On Time, On Budget
At your showroom appointment, you are given your fully itemised quotation that has all your costs included. Once you agree to the quoted price, this is locked in and you won’t pay anymore! Unless you decide to make any changes or any unforeseen circumstances to the quoted design, this is your price and no more. We will also provide you with a completion date of your renovation, which we will stick to and not go over time. You can relax knowing exactly your costs and timeframe to have your project completed to enjoy!
If you do decide to make a change, this can be discussed with your designer and Project Manager and to see how it affects the price and schedule.
Registered Builder
We give you peace of mind by ensuring we are Registered Builders. What this means for you is in the rare event that something goes wrong, you are protected with Builders Warranty Insurance.
With any renovation in your home, to ensure your renovation is legally compliant, any works over $5,000 should be conducted by a Registered Builder and any works over $16,000 should come with Builders Warranty Insurance. It is always good to keep in mind before going ahead with any renovation project to simply ask “Are you a Registered Builder?”
Should your project require any building work, we will be able to assist with that also.

Warranty and Insurance
Here at Damco, we also provide you with premium, full warranty cover- K2 cover – that essentially keeps all your warranties in one place. Each individual product or component that goes into your project will go into a simple system so that should anything go wrong, you can have comfort in knowing that it will be sorted out by us, as opposed to sorting out individual warranties with different requirements. We will also take responsibility on your behalf to go through the finer points of the component with the manufacturer, so that the only phone call you need to make is to us! This is our ongoing commitment to you.
When selecting our team of Tradespeople, not only do we make sure they have years of experience in their field, but we have also ensured that they are registered within their respective associations as well as being fully insured. This means that not only are you getting premium quality product with your renovation, but premium quality installation. All our trades are well experienced professionals that bring an approachable attitude to provide you with the best service. For your peace of mind, we provide you with Builders Warranty Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and contract works well above and beyond the minimum that is required.
Project Management
Once you are happy with your design and ready to go, we provide you with your own dedicated Project Manager who will oversee and coordinate the entire project from start to finish. They are available for you to liaise with directly on anything related to your renovation. We also provide you with access to our Project Management system - which allows you to see exactly what is happening with your project at each stage of the renovation process.
Through this system, you will be able to log in and plan your day accordingly as you will know what is scheduled to occur and when. Our project management tool will give you access to a live schedule, daily progress reports with photos, invoices and payment reminders, plans and specifications all in one handy-easy to use app that you can download straight to your phone or tablet device!
