How much will it cost to renovate a kitchen?

The cost can vary depending on your space and the design that you are looking for

What is the best kitchen layout?

There is no one size fits all layout, but our Designers will be able to custom design the best layout to suit the space you have.

How long does a kitchen renovation take?

From Design to completion is generally 12 weeks. However it can vary depending on a lot of factors including size, materials selected etc. Our designers will be able to give a more precise time frame once we have a brief on your job.

Do I need my council’s approval for a new kitchen?

No, unless their are some structural changes to the room.

How do I choose the kitchen style that’s right for my home?

Our Designers will be able to guide you through the best style to suit you and your home.

We want to tile the floors of our open plan kitchen, dining and living. Is it a good idea?

Yes! If that is the look you are after, we can incorporate that in your design.

How do I prepare for my kitchen renovation?

Empty all existing drawers and cabinets and have a plan for how to prepare meals whilst you are without the use of appliances for a minimal amount of time

Do I need to organise separate trades, for example, plumbers, electricians, etc. when I renovate my kitchen from DAMCO Kitchens?

Not at all. We provide a full service of trades for your kitchen renovation project.

Who is responsible for removing/disposing of the old kitchen when the new Kitchen is installed?

If you require this , we can arrange this service for you. If you wish to dispose of the old kitchen yourself, that can also be accommodated.

Can finance be arranged for my kitchen renovation?

We do not have finance services available through Damco, you are free to use any finance service you wish.

Can I pick my own installation date?

Yes you can, provided we are given ample time to build and order your kitchen as it is all custom made.

I have a limited budget for my kitchen renovation– do you only do high-end projects?

We have worked with many different budgets but keep in mind there may be some adjustments to the design you have in mind in order to keep to your budget. Think of a kitchen as a long term investment in your home so using high quality products and workmanship will pay off in the years to come.
