Step 3 – Planning & Scheduling Trades

• Setting up K360
• All trades will be booked

Step 4 – Strip out - Demolition & Removal

• The existing bathroom fittings
• tiles and anything else not staying

Step 5 – Preparation & Rough-in

• Check the structural integrity
  Evidence of water damage, dry rot, or mould damage may be apparent. Carefully examine the plumbing lines for leaks. We fix the areas that need to be repaired, correct any drainage and plumbing problems and then replace the wall linings before continuing.

• Rough-in Electrical fixtures
• Carpentry – Wall Frames, Floor Frames, Noggin etc
• Insulation – Wall & Ceiling as per the site requirement
• Plastering – Sheeting & Rendering

Step 6 – Waterproofing

• As a step to preventing any further damage, we place an emphasis on waterproofing, ensuring that all wet areas are adequately sealed before commencing the tiling.

Step 7 – Tiling

• Floor Tiling
• Wall Tiling
• Grout, Silicon & Trims
• Insulation – Wall & Ceiling as per the site requirement
• Plastering – Sheeting & Rendering

Step 8 – Fit off

• Plumber, Electrician, Painting

Step 9 – Final Completion & Accessories Installation

• Vanity & Basin
• Shower Screens
• Bath
• Towel Rails, Toilet roll holder and other accessories
• Shower Base

Step 10 – Completion and Handover
